ATC manufactures precision aerospace parts made with proprietary processes on machines they hand built. Their process takes raw, thin sheets of carbon, arranges the sheets in alternating directional layers combined with resins to then be formed through a heating and die process. The thickness, strength and complexity of shapes allows them to produce a wide range of parts no one else can produce. The quality control processes and tracking of every batch of parts keeps them in compliance with strict FAA protocols.
